Recipes
Fungus Ramen
Slice some mushrooms. Any kind will do; try something new. I enjoy morels, myself. About a cup worth of mushrooms is the right amount for a package. Cook as normal, adding the mushrooms near the beginning of cooking. Dash in a touch of soy sauce, a pinch of vinegar, and a dash of pepper. I add additional pepper after the cooking, but add pepper to your own taste. Quite good.
Spicy Chicken Mushroom Ramen
Cook as normal. While cooking, add a dash of curry powder, a couple dashes of pepper, and the white portion of an egg; add the egg early when cooking. It turns out something like egg drop soup, but very spicy with strong chicken and mushroom flavor. Delicious!
