An Italian-made submachinegun that was made specifically for close-quarters counter-terrorist roles. It has a four-column magazine and fires from a closed bolt, making it more accurate than most other submachineguns. It has a double-action facility, meaning that the Spectre can be carried around cocked with a round chambered, but with the hammer disengaged. Pulling the trigger engages the hammer, just like in a double-action revolver, before releasing the bolt. This allows counter-terrorist forces to quickly react to terrorist ambushes, as they don't have to spend the first valuable few moments cocking their weapons.
