Machismo is just another word for insecurity--
real men don't feel the need to put down women all the time.
And yeah, I noticed that about China too. I saw 4 or 5
car accidents/pedestrian/bicycle accidents last time I was there. If it's notyour own
family, in China, you just don't get
involved.
