Popular name for a
mythical creature, called "
Sasquatch" by some
Indian tribes, which is said to roam the
American countryside, especially in the
Northwest. Bigfoot is a
tall,
hairy humanoid with
large feet and a
bad smell. There are very few
reports that it has ever
attacked a
human being, and it's generally considered to be a
shy,
peaceful animal which would prefer to avoid all
contact with humans. Some people
believe Bigfoot really exists (I don't, but I've been known to occasionally be
wrong in the past), but
no one has ever captured or even gotten a clear
photograph of the
creature.
Also, the most
famous "
monster truck." It is
brightly painted, has extremely
large tires, and
flattens smaller
cars at
tractor pulls.
