Mobius is the fictional,
earth-like
planet from the
Sonic the Hedgehog Universe. It is best seen in the
SatAM and
comic book series, which better shows its inhabitants and land marks. Its most familiar land mark is
the Floating Island. Mobius was ruled by the Acorn Monarchy, until Dr. Evo Robotnik overthrew the King (who was banished to the
void) and took over.
The
Freedom Fighters, lead by
Princess Sally Acorn, eventually killed
Robotnik and reclaimed the
throne.
