A diagram editor, based on the GTK+ toolkit.
Extremely neat if you need to splat down symbols and draw lines between them, or do something similiar - it's not intended for "art" drawing. It uses XML format work files, and exports Encapsulated PostScript and other useful formats like PNG.
It also has extendable symbol libraries for various purposes, including symbols for circuit diagrams, UML, and such.
