owner of one of these
devices, I must say, they
kick ass.
If you are looking for one of these devices, I have the
Hauppauge WinTV PCI board that also has
FM radio. It is well
supported by
Linux kernel 2.2 and higher (perhaps lower?) via
modules bttv.o, tuner.o, and msp3400.o. You also might want
Xawtv which you can find at
freshmeat. The Hauppauge TV tuner cards are sold at my local
