Symptoms:
Limp wrist and numbness in the arm.
Saturday night palsy or
Radial Neuropathy is most frequently caused by falling unconscious in a position which inhibits
blood flow to the extremities. The unconsciousness is usually associated with
drinking and falling down on Saturday night.
The injury itself comes from
nerve damage, and thus can be very slow to repair itself.
Saturday night palsy is also the name of a typically irreverant song by the mysterious
Tism and their head-man
Humphrey B. Flaubert.
