Song 10 on the Ramones' 1980 album End of the Century and featured in the 1979 Roger Corman executive-produced, Allan Arkush directed film of the same name. In the movie, the song was written as a gift to the band by superfan Riff Randell (P.J. Soles).

Additional movie trivia:

  • the band only received $5000 for its part in the $300,000 film (which Corman felt was too expensive)
  • a "rock" movie was not what Corman had in mind, one of his ideas being along the lines of 'Disco High,' because that music was popular at the time
  • the concert scenes at the end were filmed in one day taking close to 18 hours
