One of the four target areas in kendo, a small, reinforced flap of leather covering the throat. In order to score, one must thrust the tip of the shinai at one's opponent's throat, in a crisp strike.

Tsuki is a very difficult strike to make, both because of the small size of the target, and the difficulty of thrusting a shinai. Due to this, along with the danger of missing (can you say "crushed larynx" boys and girls?), it is discouraged for kendokai that haven't made shodan in rank.
