Denmark. Rune was a
soccer player, and quite a promising one with a few
sponsors, until at 11 his friend brought a
skateboard back from the
US. Six years later Rune turned pro.
Rune now brings a fresh new style to the ramp, intricately mixing street and vert to bring endless winning combinations. Rune has won two bronze and one silver in the Extreme Games, a gold in the Slam City Jam, a bronze in the Triple Crown and a bronze in the CA\Seaside tournament.
Rune was the first ever to pull off a quadruple kickflip (that's four times) and the first to ever attempt (unsuccsefully) a quadruple heelflip.
Rune rides for Flip, his other sponsors are Fury, Speed Demons and Volcom.
