During the 1990's, MacMillan Bloedel was the predominant logging company in Clayoquot Sound, British Columbia, Canada. In 1993, the people of British Columbia, with the help of people from all over the world, attempted to put a stop to the clear-cut destruction of some of the last remaining stands of old-growth temperate rainforest left on Earth.

Over 14,000 people protested, leading to over 1400 arrests, incarcerations, fines and penalties. The combined total of fines listed below does not even match the fines imposed on the first trial of 44 arrestees by Justice Bouck. This is in addition to their jail terms ranging from 30-45 days.

This list of infractions is by far complete.
