IP backbone provider. They are currently in bankruptcy and portions of the company are being sold off in an effort to reorganize.
They also offer managed security, web hosting and streaming services.
PSI is/was based out of Washington, D.C., and has more than 750 POPs in North and South America, Europe and Asia.
