Tootsie Rolls are chocolate taffy. Sold in tubular segments ranging in size from the "Midgee" (about 3 cm long, 1 cm diameter) to monstrosities the size of a brontosaurus penis.
Also found at the center of Tootsie Roll Pops, a confection similar to Blo-Pops
