A combination, almost a pidgin language, that high school students who take Spanish tend to speak instead of real Spanish. They think in English and speak mostly in Spanish except when they can't remember the word.
Also common in Miami and along the US - Mexican border.
(btw, it would be pidgin)

Language of choice of the gringo. Dual of pocho, which is basically Spanish with a lot of English words thrown in. Common in the northern regions of Mexico.

I'd like to offer my two bits on this, being a native of a lovely little island smack-dab in the middle of the Caribbean. Over here, spanglish is pretty much our default language(at least in the more densely populated areas), where we just interchange Spanish and English freely, just letting the words come out however they will. I'd say there's no particular predominance of English over Spanish or vice-versa. Naturally, there's variations all over the place and what it's called depends on your particular place of residence in the world, I suppose.
