I would like to cordially invite all noders to take part in The Great E2 Fin de Siècle Fiction Challenge.
The Rules
- Write a short story, to be no longer than can be contained in a single wu.
- The story must contain all the words or phrases in The List. They need not be in any specific order.
Your story must have its own title, and must be noded under that title, and then you should /msg me so that I can hardlink it from here. Softlink to this node, if you choose, but you must not identify the piece as a competition entry within the body of the write-up.
Judging will be based on the quality of writing, imagination and seamless integration of the words and phrases.
The challenge will end at midnight server time on 1 September 2001
