Yes, it was an idea. A bad one, at that. Employees of Wendy's will cringe upon seeing this.

Wendy's created training videos for their employees, and they were usually cheesy. There were videos for everything, including maintaining the SuperBar, How to cook potatos, Chili Safety, How to work the grill, etc.

And then there was the "condiment order" video. God help us all.

Condiments went on the sandwich in a certain order. Mayonaise, Ketchup, Pickle, Onion, Tomato, Lettuce. (Mustard would always be last.) The way to remember this would be "White, Red, Green, White, Red, Green", using the colors of the condiments to remember the order.

Wendy's Corporate decided to make a song out of it.

Throughout the entire video, the song repeated over and over "White Red AND Greeeeeeen!" The "host" of the video insisted on singing the song while she constructed each individual sandwich. There were more lyrics, of course, but the part that burned mercilessly into the brain was the main point of the video.

I still have nightmares.
