Xev

Xev, the reincarnation of Zev on the show Lexx, is mostly woman and part cluster lizard. She has an overactive libido due to partial transformation into a love slave. Usually love slaves are terminally devoted to the first person they see when they wake up, but a robot head named 790 received that part of the transformation in her place and is now hopelessly in love with her. She often gets the crew of The Lexx into trouble due to her insatiable curiosity and her search for men to have sex with.

xev is also an X windows utility that is used to see in a terminal all the events, or signals, passed to the windowing system.

The man page claims that you can attach this to a running window and see all the events associated with that window.

This program is probably most useful for window manager programmers.
